Gifts & Thrift: Has been a success for the local
surrounding communities. Gifts & Thrift provides affordable priced clothing, accessories, home décor and household goods to our clients and others in need within our community. Gifts & Thrift is a outreach program that provides an additional revenue stream that also supports other programs offered at Tri-Coastal Community Outreach. We do not accept consignment items, donations are however very greatly appreciated.
